Hearing Aid Technics is committed to offering a caring service which takes account of a persons’ individuality. Hearing is a very subjective and personal experience, and each person will experience their hearing environments in differing ways. We therefore treat each and every person as an individual and take account of every aspect of what is important in terms of hearing.

Hearing Test: usually takes between 1 - 1 ½ hours. This consists of history, ear examination (otoscopy), hearing assessment, explanations of results and advice and any recommendations based on all information gathered.

Hearing Aids: If aids are recommended, full aftercare packages are also provided, including extensive help and advice, both in terms of information and practical demonstrations. Ongoing care and service.

Wax care and removal: Advice on wax control, and/or care of hearing aids (preventing wax infiltration) and if necessary, wax can be removed by either instrumentation or irrigation on site.

Advice and help: for individuals and family/friends in coming to terms with and understanding hearing loss. Information about how to improve communication and prevent tensions.

Minor repairs and adjustments on site. Very competitive prices for more extensive repairs.
