Mairi set up the practice in 2005 in order to provide a full time service for those with hearing difficulties and their families. At that time there were no such services in the highlands. Inverness is very central and has excellent travel links to all highland regions. In special circumstances Mairi can also provide home visits.

Mairi has a strong NHS background, having worked as a registered nurse for almost 25 years prior to training as a hearing aid audiologist.
